Northside Meetings has a network of consultant facilitators, trainers and event supporters available to work on a variety of projects. Our network includes facilitators who specialise in workplace change, organisational development, strategic planning, community development, evaluation, community consultation, deliberative practices, personal development, and qualitative research. Our network also includes consultants who specialise in event support – such as developing agendas, planning meetings, taking minutes, transcription, and event reporting.
We connect clients with facilitators who are available to work either onsite at Northside Meetings or at other venues.

Gary Fites – Consultant Facilitator
Gary is a facilitator who specialises in guiding participants toward productive outcomes through inclusive, constructive engagement. He creates informal, non-judgemental environments where participants contribute to developing the collective wisdom. Gary was the voice and face of RACQ for almost two decades. He now offers his facilitation, writing and public relations services to government, industry and community organisations.
Dr Judy Gregory – Consultant Facilitator
Judy is an enabler of conversation who creates spaces for participants to discuss issues and develop new ideas. She guides the process of conversation and, where relevant, helps participants to move toward consensus. She is an experienced facilitator and qualitative researcher, and a skilled plain English writer. Judy is also co-owner of Northside Meetings with The Letter Lounge Café & Gifts.
Caroline McGuire – Consultant Facilitator
Caroline is a qualified and certified human resources specialist and coach, with a broad background across industries and organisations. She is passionate about supporting individuals through mentoring and coaching, and works closely to maximise the potential of individuals and workplaces. Caroline is also currently the Queensland State President of AHRI (Australian HR Institute).
Jimmy Patch – Consultant Graphic Recorder and Illustrator
Jimmy Patch is an illustrator who specialises in digital illustration, graphic recording and illustrated documentaries. Jimmy likes to delve into the dark recesses of his imagination to conceive new worlds, characters and concepts for his clients. He communicates ideas using graphics and illustration to engage a broad audience while keeping the organisation’s or individual’s story front-of-mind. As a graphic recorder, Jimmy can provide a compelling visual summary of any conversation or event. He listens to discussions and presentations, and then uses graphics to pinpoints issues, reiterate points or find new meanings.
Anne Pike – Consultant Event Supporter
Anne is an independent Committee Secretary who specialises in providing efficient and accurate administrative support for meetings, seminars and workshops. She is available to prepare agendas and meeting papers, take minutes, and assist with all aspects of event planning and set up. Anne is also an expert audio transcriptionist.
